
On November 1st, Gaslamp hotspot Whiskey Girl launched a new Whiskey Dinner series, giving guests a delicious opportunity to explore whiskey. Each month, Executive Chef Brad Hightow will custom create a prix-fixe tasting menu, pairing new and unique dishes with a variety of whiskeys.
November's three-course Whiskey Dinner menu consists of Jameson whiskey flights paired with complementary dishes, as follows:
Slow Roasted Pork Belly, Baby Spinach, Toasted Pine Nuts, Sunny-side Up Egg, Vintage Sherry Vinaigrette with Jameson Irish Whiskey
Chili Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs, Smoked Mashed Potatoes, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Natural Jus with Jameson 12 Year
Artisanal Cheese Plate, Traditional Accompaniments with Jameson 18 Year
