For this class, Laura will feature four creamy, gooey, utterly irresistible mac & cheese and gooey grilled cheese sandwich recipes from her books along with specially chosen wines to go with them. But that’s not all. As a self-described cheese edu-tainer, Laura will feature specially-chosen cheeses in the cooked dishes for everyone to taste in their pre-cooked form.
