Bar One Is Coming To Little Italy | MasterChef Contestant Nick Nappi To Lead Kitchen

Bar One Drinks & Links will open in San Diego's Little Italy as early as this summer. Taking over the space previously occupied by Salon 1532 at 1532 India Street, Bar One will offer a modern take on old world Italian cuisine, with a menu designed and executed by former MasterChef Season 6 runner-up, Executive Chef Nick Nappi.

After coming in 4th in the last season of Fox's hit primetime cooking competition MasterChef, San Diego resident Nick Nappi took over as executive chef of Werewolf in downtown San Diego. 

"Bar One will be introducing a modern take to the old world cuisine and who better to bring that experience then Nick!" stated on Bar One's Instagram page. "Pairing his experience of learning the traditional way of Italian cooking with his passion for modern techniques makes this a perfect marriage!"

Bar One will have a Italian-inspired menu with a selection of house made sausages, as well as craft cocktails and local beers.
