Chefs from some of Baja's top restaurants will serve sample dishes for guests at this year's Taste of Baja. Participating chefs include Krista Velazco of Ensenada's Wendlandt Cerveceria, Viviana Martinez of Valle de Guadalupe's Mixtura, Alex Rubio of Ensendada's Bodegas F Rubio, Marco Marin of Valle de Guadalupe's Latitud 32, Carlos Travesi of Capricho’s Restaurante in Ensenada and host chef Marvin Maldonado of Estancia La Jolla's Mustangs & Burros. Featured wineries will also serve tastes, including Las Nubes, Valle de Tintos, Cavas Valmar, Santo Tomas, Lechuza, Madera 5, and many more.
