Superfood-Fueled Enclave Restaurant Now Open Within Juneshine In San Diego's Scripps Ranch

Currently in its soft opening phase with a grand opening celebration scheduled for month's end is Enclave, an "adventurous superfood" fueled restaurant within Juneshine Organic Hard Kombucha's location in San Diego's Scripps Ranch area.

Earlier this year after less than a year in business, San Diego-based hard kombucha company Juneshine took over the 25,000 square foot Scripps Ranch facility that long served as the headquarters for Ballast Point Brewing Company. The company opened the revamped space in June with a 1,700-square-foot Bohemian-style tasting room housing a 52 tap bar designed by Solstice Interiors.

This week, Enclave restaurant "soft" opened within Juneshine. The new eatery features health-conscious dishes from Chef & Owner Lan Thai. Enclave's rotating menu will offer items like chicken tikka masala with aged Basmati rice, steak chimmichurri with kabocha squash mash, shitake drunken noodles, and much more. With the opening of Enclave, Juneshine plans to expand its alcohol menu to include a curated selection of natural wine, area craft beer, sake and mead.

Enclave is located at 10051 Old Grove Road within Juneshine in San Diego's Scripps Ranch. The eatery will host a grand opening celebration on August 31 starting at 10:30am, beginning with a performance from Chinese Line Dancers. For more information, visit and check out the soft opening hours below.
