Alums of a popular San Francisco-based pizzeria have relocated to San Diego to open The Shop Pizza + Cocktails, a nearly 3,000 square-foot West Coast-style deep dish pizzeria and bar set to open this summer.
From brothers Brett & Cole Herring, who both long worked at San Francisco's popular Little Star Pizza, The Shop is a new deep-dish pizza restaurant and bar set to open within Rancho Bernardo Plaza this July. Expect of a menu of deep-dish pizza made with West Coast ingredients and inspiration. The eatery will also offer an array of starters, sandwiches, salads, and thin-crust pizzas, as well as a full bar with cocktails, beer and wine. The 2,300+ square foot restaurant will have an 800 square-foot patio.
