After COVID-19 restrictions caused a much-shortened two-week 2020 season, The Flower Fields in Carlsbad will reopen this week with advanced safety measures in place for a nine-week spring season.
The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch will reopen on Monday, March 1, with safety precautions in place including face mask requirements, online-only ticket sales, limited-timed ticket entry, and reduced capacity rules. The 55-acre attraction will feature scenic floral areas and features for plenty of Instagram-worthy photos. Onsite attractions include multiple greenhouses, a poinsettia display, the sweet pea maze, frequent outdoor live music performances, and a playground and gardens. There will also be a pick-your-own blueberry patch with five varieties of berries and an onsite flower shop operated by Armstrong Garden Center.
