Renowned as a world class "liquid city", our spectacular seaside metropolis of San Diego will be the setting for LIQUID CITY: CHEESE EXPO 2022. Bringing together a curated list of the area's top breweries, coffee roasters, distillers, kombucha and cider makers, this one day exposition will feature two sessions (afternoon and evening) with unique one-off collaborations, educational presentations, demonstrations, and explorations with cheesemakers from across the United States paired with some of San Diego's own, home-grown liquid talents.
The carefully chosen liquid creators serving samples at this year's event include Pure Project Brewing, You & Yours Distillery, Don Fulano Tequila, Westward Whiskey, Fall Brewing Co., Old Harbor Distilling Co., Maker's Mark, Preston's Ginger Beer, AleSmith, Quiqley Fine Wines, Ballast Point Brewing, and more. The list of invited cheesemakers and distributors include title sponsor Gourmet Foods International, Beehive Cheese, Cypress Grove, Swiss Cheese Marketing Consortium, Ritrovo Selections, Creminelli, Venissimo Cheese, Firefly Farms, Valley Ford, Cowgirl Creamery, Marieke Gouda, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, Renard's Cheese, Di Stefano Cheese of Los Angeles, Jasper Hill Farm, Cheesesmith, and others.
