Depot Springs Beer Company and Platform 1888 will bring together over 25,000 square feet of dining, entertainment and a brewery and distillery under one roof within a shopping center at 9176 Fletcher Parkway. Expected to open as early as this June, the ambitious project today announced that Chef Matt Richman, formerly of Table 926, is on board to lead the onsite restaurant.

In anticipation of the opening of the brick-and-mortar location of Moto Deli in Encinitas, Chef Alex Carballo and crew have purchased the Moto Deli food truck, which, starting next week, will sit in front of the deli's location at 810 North Coast Highway 101 on Thursdays & Fridays from 11am-2pm until the eatery debuts. On other days, the food truck will visit area breweries and food events, as well as be available for bookings and catering.
