Comprehensive List Of San Diego Restaurants Open For Dine-In, Take-Out & Delivery

Since the initial publishing of this list on March 17, the post has been a work in progress, updated almost hourly, aimed at informing the San Diego community at-large where they can go for food and other necessities during a tumultuous and historic time. Being that San Diego restaurants have now been allowed to reopen for dine-in, so long as strict social distancing and safety protocols are implemented, we have adapted once again to include restaurants open for dine-in, as well as those continuing to solely offer take-out and delivery options.
San Diego City Council Votes To Substantially Increase Police Budget Despite Growing Nationwide "Defund The Police" Campaign
Despite a growing "Defund the Police" campaign gaining traction across the United States, San Diego's City Council voted 8-1 this evening to increase the San Diego Police Department's budget by $27 million for a total of $566 million for 2021, constituting more than 36% of the city's general fund budget.

Stream of consciousness this morning:
It strikes me now that in 'normal' times, every black American risks their life every time they leave their homes. They risk being attacked, arrested, killed, lynched, for the crime of being black while driving, while jogging, while watching birds. Hell, lives are at risk even at home, ask Botham Jean.
Those were 'normal' times.
