The second outpost of the progressively popular pork palace - Carnitas' Snack Shack - opens to the public at 3pm today in Del Mar Highlands Town Center in Carmel Valley. The new location features an outdoor patio and new menu items, but expect the same deliciousness San Diegans have come to love from the original North Park location.
