Good Time Design, an all-encompassing restaurant and entertainment venue design and consulting firm, has announced Sara Polczynski as the Consulting Executive Chef for The Blind Burro, the group’s newest restaurant concept located in San Diego’s East Village. This December, under her guidance, The Blind Burro will begin serving authentic south of the border street food, with a modern flair and an emphasis on local sustainable seafood, heavily inspired by the Baja region (menu portion copied below).
