Café Madeleine To Debut North Park Location On September 16

September 9, 2016

Café Madeleine will unveil its second location with a grand opening party scheduled for September 16. Adding to the original outpost, which first opened in South Park in 2010, the new European-style bistro and cafe will offer a menu of paninis, crepes, croissants, quiche, coffee concoctions and other French delicacies from a 1,300 square foot space at 2850 El Cajon Boulevard in North Park.

Café Madeleine owner Christine Perez originally teamed up with French master chef Patrick Ponsaty, who recently opened his own restaurant Ponsaty's in Rancho Sante Fe, to consult on creating the menu of crepes and other French specialities. The new location will have outdoor seating, as well as a coffee bar and larger kitchen, which will allow the eatery to add more items to the menu.

Café Madeleine North Park will host a grand opening party on Friday, September 16, from 6-8pm, featuring raffles, food samples, French music, and entertainment. Guests who RSVP by emailing [email protected] will receive a $5 gift card at the door.
