Trust restaurant in Hillcrest has been the talk of the town since opening earlier this year, and the crew is already ready for expansion, even if it's only up the block. The team behind Trust has taken over the nearby space previously occupied by S&M Sausage and Meat for the opening of Hundred Proof, a cocktail-focused eatery to debut mid-2017.
Located right up Park Boulevard from Trust, Hundred Proof is anticipated to open in Spring 2017 and will serve craft cocktails, spiked milkshakes, a shared plates menu by Executive Chef Brad Wise, and host a boozy weekend brunch. The restaurant is being renovated and will offer indoor and outdoor seating.
Hundred Proof will sit at 4130 Park Boulevard in Hillcrest.
