Entrepreneurs and small business owners are invited to support the first-ever San Diego Entrepreneur Day on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on J St. between 6th and 10th Avenues in East Village, San Diego.  Organized by San Diego Entrepreneur Center, San Diego Entrepreneur Day 2012 will be honored and recognized by Mayor Jerry Sanders. The city of San Diego Small Business Ambassador, Lisa Gordon-Hosch, will present a proclamation on behalf of Mayor Sanders to declare Sept. 22, 2012 as “Entrepreneur Day” in the city of San Diego.

Two weekends. Two concerts. Two different areas of downtown San Diego closed off to accommodate the scene. While Labor Day weekend's SoCal Music Festival was hyped to the max and bumping with varied vibes in the East Village, KPRi's StreetBeat Block Party was subdued, civilized and intimate in Little Italy. Both were awesome times, mainly because we love great music and the illusion of freedom that comes from being able to drink alcohol while roaming about the streets of America's Finest City.
