On Monday, November 16, thirty lucky diners will get the opportunity to enjoy four courses of modern Mexican cuisine when Chefs Rick Bayless and Javier Plascencia host San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival's Opening Night Feast (plus another secret guest chef - betting it's Chad White and they're waiting on his Top Chef debut before announcing) at Plascenscia’s newest enterprise - Bracero Cocina in San Diego’s historic Little Italy.
