We recently broke the news that Chef Tommy Fraioli had left Beaumont's in Bird Rock to take the lead at the 10 Barrel Brewing brewpub coming soon to San Diego's East Village. Beaumont's was quick to find a replacement and has announced that former-Table 926 chef/owner Matt Richman, formerly slated to oversee the culinary operations at La Mesa's Depot Springs Beer Company, will take the lead in the kitchen effective immediately.
