Gelato Paradiso, which first emerged in Orange County almost two decades ago, is opening its fourth overall location, and its second location in San Diego County in mid-December on Coronado Island. The concept is based on small batches of gelato and sorbetto handcrafted daily in-house, using imported Italian ingredients and locally sourced produce.
