BeShock Ramen & Sake Bar, which first launched in 2016 in San Diego's East Village, has targetted The Shoppes at Carlsbad for its second location, anticipated to open by year's end. The restaurant will join other new additions to the North County retail center, which is undergoing a major renovation, including Texas de Brazil Brazilian Steakhouse, Grubby’s Poke & Fish Market, Breakfast Republic and Wokcano.
