This October, Chef De Cuisine Martin Woesle takes restaurant patrons to his homeland of Germany with Mille Fleurs’ month-long Oktoberfest celebrations. Throughout October, Mille Fleurs will host “German Specialty Month” and will offer traditional German cuisine, as created by Woesle and his traditionally German approach.
