The San Diego Dining Group (Greystone, Osetra, Osteria Panevino, Butcher's Cut & Salwater) and Farmer’s Table Little Italy have transitioned their restaurants into nonprofit community kitchens so they can feed people on the front lines of the effort to contain the growing COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
