Join celebrated Chef Adam Cho of Katsuya by S+ARCK, for a sumptuous culinary exploration of sushi and sake pairings at “The Art of Sushi & Sake,” the latest Andaz Salon event. The event will be held on Tuesday, September 18 at 6 pm, beginning with sake tasting in the Katsuya by S+ARCK atrium. Guests will then move upstairs to the Ivy Rooftop at Andaz San Diego for an interactive lesson in the art of sushi making followed by another paired tasting.
